Welcome to MAGICARD. We create and sell handmade collectible holo-style trading cards for collectors and fans. Please read our store policies carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from MAGICARD, you agree to the policies below.

1. Product Information

MAGICARD products are handmade collectible cards. Each card may have small differences due to the production process, including slight variations in cutting, holographic effect, color tone, alignment, surface texture, or finishing.

These small differences are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

Product photos are provided to show the design as clearly as possible, but the final physical card may look slightly different depending on lighting, screen color settings, and holographic reflection.

2. Fan Art & Intellectual Property Disclaimer

MAGICARD is an independent handmade collectible card brand.

Some designs may be inspired by anime, games, manga, pop culture, or trading card aesthetics. MAGICARD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any official franchise, company, publisher, studio, or trademark owner.

All trademarks, characters, names, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

MAGICARD products are intended for personal collection, display, and fan appreciation only.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and production schedule. Handmade products require extra care, so please allow reasonable time for preparation before shipping.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

4. Shipping Policy

We ship orders from Indonesia.

Shipping time depends on the destination country, courier service, customs process, and local delivery conditions. Estimated delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

MAGICARD is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, customs inspection, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

5. Customs, Import Tax & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, VAT, duties, or other charges depending on the destination country.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

MAGICARD cannot control customs charges and cannot guarantee whether a package will be charged by customs. Buyers are responsible for understanding their own country’s import rules before purchasing.

6. Packaging

We pack every order carefully to protect the cards during shipping.

However, once the package has been handed over to the courier, shipping conditions are outside our control. Minor outer packaging damage during transit does not automatically qualify for a refund if the product inside is safe.

For damage claims, please provide clear photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours after delivery.

7. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are handmade collectible items, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong item ordered by the buyer
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer
  • Minor handmade variations
  • Shipping delays caused by courier or customs
  • Customs fees, import tax, VAT, or duties

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived seriously damaged
  • The order was lost and officially confirmed by the courier

To request support, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video if available.

MAGICARD reserves the right to review each case individually.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, we will help check the tracking information and communicate with the courier when possible.

A package is not considered lost until the courier officially confirms it as lost.

Refunds or replacements for lost packages will depend on courier confirmation, shipping method, insurance availability, and the specific order situation.

9. Payment Policy

All payments must be completed before the order is processed.

We may accept payment through available payment gateways, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods shown on the website.

MAGICARD does not store full credit card or payment card details. Payment information is handled by the selected payment provider or gateway.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order, such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number, if required by courier
  • Order details
  • Payment confirmation status

Your information is used only for order processing, customer service, shipping, and fraud prevention.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your information may be shared only with necessary service providers, such as payment processors, shipping couriers, or website service providers, for the purpose of completing your order.

11. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Your order details are correct
  • Your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • You understand that the product is handmade
  • You understand that international orders may have customs fees
